It’s Sunday morning: How much work have you put into your fantasy team this week? It’s easy to lose focus as the season goes along, though at least football is just once a week rather than every day like most other fantasy sports.
It’s easy to root for your favorite team to lose when their season is essentially over, dreaming of the highest draft pick who will change the franchise forever. The players and coaches surely don’t want to lose, but fans often stop living and dying with every loss because a failure in December means a better pick in April.
The Giants decided to bench Daniel Jones this week, much in part due to an injury clause in his contract that would have the team on the hook for guaranteed money if he were to suffer a major injury before the end of the 2024 season. However, the entire situation was handled poorly and blew up in the team's face almost immediately.
Running Backs Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs (Leg) It sounded like Pacheco had a shot to return to action this week, however, he has ultimately been ruled out and the team will give him at least one more week off before they get him back in action.
